Can someone help me decide on a build?

I can go one of two ways with this, but I can't decide which one to go with. Better stats or more faith?

Better stats will make it easier to deal with PvE shenanigans (50 VIT and 45 DEX), but I won't have a wider variety of attacks. Faith build will give me another option against tank-type enemies and buffs, but both of those have limited uses before I go back to being underpowered in comparison to the former.

25/40/30 (str/dex/fai) is a very good build. Honestly it doesn't get much better than that. You have the full compliment of quality or dex weapons, you can buff with faith (both offensive and defensive buffs) The only real downside is you are just shy of being able to 1h the murakumo, which you may or may not want to use (it looks like you seem to enjoy the claymore so no big deal here)

At SL 104, isn't it a bit late to be asking for help on a build?

I stop my builds at SL99 because anything over that just gets too easy. You have so many levels that you can really get all the stats you want without making much sacrifice.

So pump those extra 11 or 16 levels into strength and you got yourself a perfect quality build.

They're both fine, although I don't see a reason to go to 45 dex. Your armor combination is really the thing that's lacking. Wearing anything in place of nothing is of big importance. At the very least, put on something light.
Assuming your current stats, your next priorities should be as follows:
-Enough endurance(or shifted equips) to carry your equipment and full body armor
-Buff(faith)
-Vitality
-Anything else

The buff an vitality are a close tie, but I rate the buff first just because your vitality is already pretty high. Generally, I would say vitality is of more importance.

Since they are both pretty equal in terms of vitality, layout, etc. I would base it on what you want to do with your character(in this case, covenant choice). I would personally never join the Darkmoons as a character who cannot use the buff. Since you plan to be a Darkmoon... Use the buff! Take the faith route.
