to many people whined about DA wotg so fewer people even attune it unless they wanna be what they see as a try-hard or don't care what the communities opinion on a spell is. Also this video was made for "fun" so if the player did run into DA wotg users they didn't edit into the video as that deminishes the effect their going for.
