SL1 DARKWRAITH HELP

Okay so ive played through dark souls a few times now and i want a new challenge, this being a SL1 dark wraith. I am going to try and make a pvp character but i want to make him/her stay at level 1 so i can invade the beginning areas as i have never really dont pvp before. 
I am going to need help with the bosses sif and the four kings, if someone would could help me with this id be much appreciated. 

Also, if you want to make an SL1 darkwraith too i will by all means help you with the bosses as well :)
