    Wait, Bills fan?!??! Suspicious

Shouldn't you get depressed when the season starts? silly

J/k, actually my favorite team of ALL TIME was the Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, Andre Reed, James Lofton team...whatever few years those were.  They deserved their Super Bowl ring man.

I think EVERYONE loved that team one way or another.

I've been a Packers fan since before Farveraver......Sterling Sharpe days. lol

Ya I'm excited too, pretty uniformed about the teams this year thus far though.

So last night I went for a bike ride with my daughter. We ended at the store to buy brown sugar.

    FOR SLOPPY JOE'S!!!!

My wife and I watched the latest episode of Under the Dome. Excellent mini-series.

    We had ice cream!

I started watching Cloud Atlas when everyone went to sleep.

The job posting I was waiting for was posted too.

    Lots of good things yesterday

My friend is visiting from England and we'll be getting together next week for some much needed catching up over afternoon tea.

I will be meeting my favourite "kawaii ambassador" of Japan later this month and may even have a chance to walk the same runway with her. ♥

I do online surveys and today I earned enough for a gift card. Gamestop is the best option and it's $25. Adding that to what I already had, I now have $30.01 in my PS4 fund

Caught a faulty outlet last night and shut off the breaker/fuse before it became a serious fire hazard. Had a bunch of nightmares about the apartment burning down though.

Good thing you caught it. The nightmares are understandable, the consequences could have been dire.

Yesterday my team looked awesome in a win. Let's hope it carries past the preseason.

Today, my daughter discovered how fun dirt can be

a friend of mine and I were discussing the possibilities of dirt in childhood the other day. My brother and I built a crazy GI Joe base in a big mound of dirt and gravel that was in our backyard in my childhood home one summer. It was like legendary among our friends, who of course all helped. It had draw bridges, and a moat that frogs came in and out of sometimes, and a sarlacc pit, and a temple dedicated to the worship of Dr. Mindbender, because we had like 5 of him so we used a couple as statues. It was awesome. We had so much there that was actually meant to be played with, but the dirt held our attention for so much longer. There was a stream back there too. Man if the dirt held my attention for a summer, that stream pretty much was my childhood.

Dirt is a toy that borders on perfection. I remember taking hours one day with an old screen just sifting pile after pile of dirt. All so we could have perfect dirt. And then put rocks back in. But where WE wanted them.

Wolf, sorry I missed this before. That's awesome news.

As for me, I came in to say I will be attending the Bills game tonight. Big night for the team, first time in front of the home crowd for the New QB and coach.

In my world, my football team has some key injuries but at least the replacement QB is named Jeff. Great name

Hahah, maybe you'll know Norman Reedus? I didn't get to meet him, but I oggled him for a couple minutes yesterday. He was possibly hung over.

We got Diablo 3 for the PS3 tonight and ended up playing for the entire evening. Made a party with Baal and kicked some undead/demon butt. Hopefully Billy can join us tomorrow night to round out our team. I'm a monk, Rifter is a witch doctor, Baal is a wizard, and I think Billy is a barbarian. Classes weren't planned, so it's funny how it works out so well! We won't have duplicate classes in our party!
