Please From if you're reading this, don't have a beta/demo. The best part about Souls is not knowing a damn thing about what could be in the area. Every treasure would be leaked, the best would be exploited, and it would be Stone Armor and Drake Sword 2.0.

Many things in a beta are different than the actual level in the game so I am not sure this would be an issue. I welcome a beta test to bridge to the actual release. Yeah, but wouldn't it be a much greater expirience to wait and see? Panda does raise a good point about spoiler info. I might suggest that when the beta launches, someone should set up a specific thread for discussions, with instructions to keep the details there. If people are interested, they know where to look. Everyone else can continue to enjoy the forums spoiler free.

There's threads about this in the Dark Souls 2 section. Also the gamescom interview that seems to suggest the beta will be to test the online more than area reveals
