Was tarkus's shield design one of the winners of the sheild contest?

Im sure you all remember that shield contest that went on a couple months before the games release and i was actually planning on getting the emblem from tarkus's shield tattoo'd on my forearm. But im not doing s if it was some random fans work. If it was a fan winner could somebody post a link to it?

IT is not a fan creation the winner actually created the shield called Sanctus the shield that heals you (albeit at such a slow rate that it would be better to pop a flask)

according to the wiki they only showed one winner they did show plenty of honorable mentions and their designs were not put on a shield

Those shields are all cool, but the Sanctus is probably not the one I would choose to be the winner. But honestly, I cann't deside... Anyone here who'd choose one of the others?

OH... cool, I didn't know there were other fan-made shield designs in the game too!

I think Facebook profiles the winners. I was surprised to see Tarkus' there.......and my Bloodshield! Thank you whoever designed that thing......

Although im surprised Tarkus's shield won i mean its just a solid black sheild with a random symbol on it lol

No but an idea i had was to draw a rectangle outline (exactly like the tower shield shape) and then do the symbol outline in the center then on the outside of the symbol outline would be all black and the symbol itsself wont be colord in, so my skin would be its color.

Hm, I don't know... I personally would just want the symbol, in black. On my upper arm. If I had some muscles.

Isn't any tatt some random persons art? Even if it was originally the tattoo artists someone inevitably made every design that every person ever had inked. Since when did it matter who? For all we know the art designer for some of the video game designs could be from a forty year old japanese man that lives in his moms house and faps to hentai.

I would much prefer if the design was actually made from sombody inside "from" instead of a fan to be honest.

You should just get Black Iron Tarkus himself tattooed on your arm! Then walk up to people and be like, "Look at this hype **** man, it's black iron tarkus! When I flex he blocks with his Greatshield, see?"

Then you can get arrested for wandering onto a playground and swearing at children while flexing your arm in an intimidating manner.

Psshhh naoo, im gonna go to college and get a blacksmithing trade then make his entire outfit includeing sword and sheild then im gonna wear the armour and carry the sword and sheild day in day out for 2 years untill i eventually get strong enough to start crawling then advance to walking its basicly restarting my life but only in a 200+ pound suit.

And then one day aliens will invade and having prepared for their invasions, destroyed all of the guns in the world. Some woman will be running in the street saying, "Somebody save me!" The aliens will cackle when suddenly your shadow crawls across them and they notice the knight.

"Let's rock."

And then you save the world.

It's gonna be fun everytime when you gotta go to the toilet...

It would work so well if the aliens used fire weapons considering that Tarkus's armour is fire resistant so boo yeah! Ima be the med-evil duke nukem. As for the toilet ill simply have a random mini door on the back like a early 1900's sleep wear.
