Okay well ranking up in this covenant could give you a set title like the original ranks Wyrm set up in the OP. Obviously the "titles" i have here are just my thoughts on what the basic title should be along the lines of, but anyway:
Rank 1) Initiate/Disciple - The noobs, they're just starting out and don't really know how we PvP or the inner workings of our organization. Ranking up could be based on activity, and a short quiz on how the covenant works, some small number of offerings must be made too. Since they're new they can use any armor they'd like mix and match, and have the least restrictions overall.
Rank 2) Guardian/Protector - they're expected more to guard the Painted World. Maybe we can suggest, or perhaps even require in someway, that they take a set amount of lives while hosting PvP in their own world while in the Painted World, then offer the items to Priscilla. After they get enough kills, we do a backstab and/or riposte test on them. Additionally, they must wear some sort of uniform, either a full set of armor, or certain sets of armor we select now
Rank 3) Hunter/Slayer - At this rank, stricter uniforms must be worn, but just about anything goes at this level in duels: they're the best of the best and should be able to PvP like it. 3v1 test must be passed to achieve...
Rank 4) Really just the same rank as above essentially lol, just a little more strict or something probably. I can't really think of a title here, maybe just plain "Life Hunter"?
Rank 5) This is where you get a unique name, gifted to you by the standing council members. This is essentially the council rank, of which there may only be ONE per in-game covenant. You may challenge your covenant leader to a duel, best 2/3, 3/5, 4/7 or something like that is the new Council Member, and will be given either a set title or gifted a new one. Defeated Council Members may re-challenge the current council member to a duel after a period of time. Current Council Members must follow STRICT rules regarding equipment and style, essentially roleplaying their... well role.
So, what does everyone think of this?
