Re: Priscilla's Lifehunters
Ok Doran I read your suggestions. The ranks names I really like how they are named now, except the rank 5s. However, I like the idea of each rank having different duties or roles. The most important thing about the Lifehunters, that other covenants do not have, is versatility on builds. That's why we have many armor options (which represent the Painted World). These armor options are strict in the sense of having some kind of uniform (so that we are recognized by other players) and are almost non-efficient in terms of poise (low endurance builds will not have poise because the set is required to be worn full).
So what we really need is one efficient uniform per armor category. These uniforms will depend on poise 'sweet spots'. For example, the light armor uniform will require to have at least 21 poise (to resist all the 1 handed small weapons). The medium uniform must have 31 or 53 poise. The heavy 76 poise.
The uniform must also look classy, cool and awesome. I observed the armor lists and saw that our armors can be classified in two categories: Light and Dark armors. For example, the medium armor types have brass and favor (Light), dark and thorn (Dark). So following this idea, we can have 2 uniforms per armor type (light, medium, heavy). The thing about uniforms is that I have little imagination for good looking efficient armor combinations. Rank 5 rewards also affect build effectiveness because if you rely on heavy armor and you reach rank 5, you'll have to wear the crown or the hood and will lower your poise and might be lower than the poise 'sweet spot' (76 poise). So I don't know what incentive to have for those who want to reach rank 5. It's a very complicated thing.
Edit: Forum I have not read your suggestions yet but will do as soon as I get online on PSN.

I just have to start working on Avrik the Crow. He likes to spend his time talking with the Crow Demons of the Annex building, all the while he sharpens his Server on the stone remains of the blacksmith.

Re: Priscilla's Lifehunters
Yeah i agree the highest rank names, the council members or whatever the highest ranks are, need to have something done to them. The Crimson robes are another light set, and the crimson of blood is actually kind of fitting of the idea of being a lifehunter. Maybe instead of requiring full SETS we can have a sort of costume contest (lol i know sounds ridiculous) so as to make our own uniforms, like xanthous set with the paladin helmet or something. We'll just mix and match to try to find the best uniforms we can get at different poises. This way at rank 1 they'll have two set uniforms of each category (light, medium, heavy) Rank 2 will have their own, etc. Then maybe at rank 5 you can make your own uniform, except they'll have to have the unique head items we've already decided. Since they made it all the way to rank 5 they're a dedicated leader, so they should have the most freedom in dress, giving incentive to rank up.

He also likes whistling creepy tunes that tend to echo throughout the Painted World and won't eat anything avian. He's kind of like the behind the scenes guy who does the mood music.

Re: Priscilla's Lifehunters
Do you the Lifehunters accept an alliance with us Gods of the Arena - I am Oenomaus - I will not fight "for" your master but I will fight these cretins that wish to kill her all the same.
We may use your Colosseum for use in our upcoming matches.
Oenomaus, Former Doctore of House Carim.

Re: Priscilla's Lifehunters
i think it would be best if at rank 5 we become a council member or a trainee for it... well...unless we allow ourselves to make up the title depending on our cov and play style wow...this could be awesome we would all have a unique title that could represent us  btw im thinking of some lore for my egghead monk might post it later

Uno Segundo - May we also include the moonlight robes within the light armor section? It looks very nice on characters and it sort of looks similar to Priscilla's Armor - aswell as having links to the Darkmoons among us?

40 End is enough if you reach rank 5 for the Crown. My Priscy cosplay wears the moonlight skirt + painted guardian robes. So if you are going to cosplay her wear the moonlight skirt, maybe the gloves too. The moonlight robes are too shiny in my opinion.

Good Idea! Moonlight Robes look really good and they have many ties to the PW.TehInfamousAmos wrote:Uno Segundo - May we also include the moonlight robes within the light armor section? Re: Priscilla's Lifehunters
i would not want any more armours. we already have 4 for each category. if wyrm would ad another light set then he would have to ad to the medium and heavy too.IMO there would be too many armours too choose and the symbolism of choosing a armour connected to the PW would be lost. IMO some of the armours we already have are stretching it a little.

Re: Priscilla's Lifehunters
As spur said, adding the moonlight robes will require adding 1 more to medium and heavy armors. That or replacing 1 of the light armors. I'm still thinking of the Light and Dark uniforms though.

Re: Priscilla's Lifehunters
To solve the problem of guys having multiple covenant toons, current rank 5 titles will be awarded only to council members. The rewards will still be awarded to those who reach rank 5, and may switch rewards according to their current covenant.

Re: Priscilla's Lifehunters
okay but when you say uniforms do you mean uniforms, as in mix and matched armor pieces that we decide to make our uniforms, or the in-game sets? i feel like if we made our own uniforms we'd have some more creativity, and we'd be recognized more readily by others
