Hypothetical Class

If you could add a new class to Dark Souls, what would you name it, what would it be, what would make it special?

My Example:
-Duelist
-High starting dexterity and intelligence
-Starts with a Rapier and a Sorcerer's catalyst for weaponry
-Has Souls Arrow and Magic Weapon in exchange for no shield
-Has the Black Set as starter gear except for the head piece which is the Royal Helm

Ninja!

Starts with the Shadow set,
Uchigatana
10 poison throwing knives.

or,
Starts with the Shadow set,
Knife
Flip ring.


The two alternatives on this is cause I think it would be way to overpower starting with the Uchi, Flip ring and knives all together.

That'd be pretty cool.

Old Timey Pugilist
-Mainly use duel caucus
-Right hand dark hand for grab attacks
-Left hand talisman or catalyst for Buffs
-No chest armor
-No helmets or Masks

Making one for PvP, getting him around lvl 120 with 30 faith for darkmoon enchant and other than that high end and vit.

I don't understand if this is a build you are doing, or if you suggest it's a character that would be cool if you could start with, however, starting with all that would be overpower...

Starts with a claymore a pyromancer flame for weapons with iron flesh and power withen for spells.
For armor, Royal Helm, Chain Armor, Hard Leather Boots, and Brigand Gauntlets.

LOL this almost similar to the Royalty class from Demon's Souls.

I would like a Samurai starting class. Very high Dex, Katana and Faith. Crossbow.

This may not be strictly along the lines of what was asked but I would love to see a Necromancer class. Somewhat similar to Diablo 2, where you could summon undead, maybe undead rapport could be more effective, and maybe there could be some type of modified curse spell or pestilence. Maybe use something similar to the skull lantern as an equivalent to a talisman or catalyst.

not sure what level this would be. 82 points totall... lvl 1?

Bare Chest
Tattered Heavy Boots
Dagger (in off hand)

Highest vitality and end, minimum int, low dex. Moderate Faith. (more than most, less than cleric)

I was gonna say that, it's like identical, just add in the crappy shield and awesome ring

I made a Cyromancy class in another thread, but if i were to make a new one based off items in the game it would be...

Name: Eastern Traveller
Armor: Eastern Set
R Weapon: Uchigatana
L Weapon: Parrying Dagger

High Endurance and Dex, low everything else.

Let's also assume the Eastern Set was upgraded regularly as opposed to with twinkling titanite as well.

OR

Name: Elite Knight
Armor: GUESS
R weapon: Astora's Straight Sword
L weapon: Crest Shield

Similar to the Temple Knight in Demons souls, Starts off with good weapons, good stats, but isnt as balanced as the knight and is more of a knight/cleric hybrid
