Just by sending them a message. XBL records the names of all fighters.

Interesting that the armor has only appeared on XBL. Wouldn't a FROM employee more likely play on PSN? Also, doesn't XBox have more modders than ps3? I'm just saying...
Regardless, I still hope there is a legit way to acquire the armor other than via giftwraith.
