Then milk for the love of god! I would not give up cheese, yoghurt, butter, custard, ice cream, cream, white sauce, and other dishes such as pancakes and some batters created using milk.

I'm not sure where to buy it to be honest. I just know of it's existence. I suppose a grocery store would sell it, after all, they sell Lye, so what wouldn't they have?

Toast all the way. And as regards to how I like my Toast, I put jelly and butter on it. Heart attack on bread quite frankly, but it's so damn good. Mmmmmmm.
