Easy Ganker Solution

What if we just moved the accepted soul level among hardcore duelers on the forums and such from 120 to something higher outside the 120 range?

Leave the Gankers behind, but keep it among the smaller more dedicated community. Wouldn't be as easy to get a duel, but get away from the gankers.

There are gankers everywhere. Trust the man who has various SL characters.

I searched around and came up with a 100% positive solution to stop gankers in their tracks. Here it is: STOP INVADING.

The bonus is that it will also stop invaders' complaining. The downside is that the forum will really slow down.

I think that's why they gank. To get more souls faster to get more levels to get more souls faster.

I understand that gankers want souls. Hell, everyone wants souls. But why gank? It just doesn't seem like an enjoyable way to play a thoroughly enjoyable game.

So you can spawn camp invaders and kill them in a 3v1? Big whoop!

Because gankers play to win, not to have fun. They think having a maxed toon is fun and the fastest way to get souls is ganking.

But winning is fun and ganking is the fastest way to get souls(I don't recommend it though)

Man there's no end to the ganking on my 225 toon I run into sooo many gankers...actually it may be about the worst soul bracket for them!

But you can alway just do what I do...invade abit and see who the gankers are...then host and get a friend in your world and summon the gankers to there death(in a fair 1v1 fight) after they die and scramble to get there wht sign down!

This is what i do about gankers: I purposely invade in the forest just to kick the crap out of them...nothing gives more satisfaction than coming out of a 3v1 alive...

not sure if you're joking, but what you just described is ganking. its not really possible for someone to "gank" a host. ganking is when a host and a summon or two wait at a spot they know invaders spawn at and just release the hurt on them the second they arrive.

I mentioned raising the soul range, but if instead we lowered it. Gankers are all about quick leveling with maxed toons and getting souls quickly.

Around Sl 80 you can still have a well built toon, just taking some stats out of the main build point and around the others and you still have a fairly powerful one. And having invaded around sl 80 alot I rarely see gankers.

It's possible to gank a host. hide in a corner and wait for the host to past then chain backstab them.(always check your corners!!)

I don't gank if I'm hosting phantoms, but I will gank if I'm sunbroing and my host is obviously doing pve.(gank as in hide in a corner and backstab them not pound them when they arrive)

Forest Hunters invade any level sadly, while they would connect more with whatever the new level range is they'd still get a majority of gankers.

I'm rarely a forest hunter so I don't know their situation.

They invade anyone, regardless of level. If you are human in the forest and Sif is alive, they can invade. Level 1-713 is their invasion range.

Well a better solution for forest invaders is when invading a ganker run around refusing to fight.

Thats why we should totally go to the forest and destroy the gankers with a load of SL700+ toons

There are a lot of Glitched Toons in the forest that are SL700+ waiting for lower level forest hunters. So it would be the same pretty much.
