Pygmy
Baldor Ostarv wrote:One of his reasons was one of my previous quotes, "The sun is a wonderous body. Like a magneficent father!"
Another reason being that he inherited the sun but because of his deity status being rescinded he is currently searching for his own sun, or something to that affect.
And finally that since the God of War watches closely over his warriors and Solaire being the only known npc that is part of the covenant he could indeed be the God of War.
This would so much easier if I can just post the video itself right where he starts explaining. This forum's completely different from what I'm used to.

Btw! Is their a chance we could be the son of gwyn? The duality of the endings may allow you to roleplay towards being the dark lord, or if you like the son of gwyn? Shoot it down please

Solaire is one of the biggest disputes. most of the other npcs after hard work have been mostly discovered, i know what you are saying many npcs are hard to figure out like the fire keeper under firelink shrine. but solaire... is just a debate that will never end.Federally wrote:Wilkinson3424 wrote:Solaire will always be a canidate, thats how software wanted it, they wanted something that we could never answer in the game, something that cant be proved right or wrong, something to keep us interested. but pvp already does that :3
They did this with the whole game, not just Solaire. The whole lore is so vague and open to interpretation, very little is set in stone, its not even certain if the player is a hero or villain! This is why I love many of the Npcs so much, they are simply vessels I can fill with my perception and what I want them to be.
Dark Souls' detractors say it isn't an Rpg because it lacks story, I feel its the best Rpg because it lets me make so much of the story up myself.

The only thing we know about this
Dark Lord, is that he is a Furtive Pygmy. Small, and Hidden. Small, and Mysterious. ...
his God of War is
the God of War, because he had caused a conflict of Darkness and Fire.
The strength in his arm thing doesnt work for solaire due to his use of the lightning spears. They are not based on physical strength but faith, something which the god of war may not have had a lot
