I'd also bet they will be selling a game of the year edition at the same time, so that way people who didn't experience the game the first time may pick it up with the new content. That way they could see a resurgence in sales for the game not just the DLC.
Either way I would gladly pay $15 for additional content. And I would pick up a GOTY edition as well if they offered it.
