The Kiln, the PW, and this SS all share a common building look. It was probably just an architectural style.

What? I must state at this point that I do not speak as the voice of my covenant either but we tried to have a treaty with you. this is not our action the followers wish to prevent the coming war. I do not know our leaders opinion on this but we already tried talking to you. it didnt work.
