Lifehunt Scythe

I have upped my Scythe +10 to the Lifehunt Scythe +1 now, I see that it acutally causes me bleeding damage for using it.. see link below:

Someone suggested this weapon and this ring: http://darksoulswiki.wikispaces.com/Bloodbite+Ring together along with my Bloodbite Shield +10 as a good combo..

I have a few questions:

1) Is this weapon/setup good for boss battles? If so who?
2) Is it a good weapon to use? I have +3 Lightning Spear/+5 Dark Knight Sword/+5 Divine Utichagana (sp) +2 Crytal Halbred (only 10 durability left) +5 Zweihander (never used at all, might upgrade it to a fire weapon as I have none) or maybe use the Iato for fire path)

you can bleed out most bosses i believe, and in PVP it is devastating speshly if you have a high bleed resist from the shield and ring

You have to be aggressive on PvP, to get the bleed effect.

only takes 2-3 swings tho?

If you get three hits right after each other then your opponent isn’t very good.

Lol. I hate being a dragon when i face bleed weapons :x. If i don’t use the bloodbite ring then the lifehunt scythe bleeds me on the first hit.

i could never be a dragon, if they actually gave you wings and the kicking animation changed to a charge flight strike then hell to yeah, but no

I do not play PvP or anything like that, I merely play the single player game

no you have to take your game online itll download the patch automaticly

yeah thought as much going to do it though before NG+ as I tried for around 4 hours the other day to get it working..

lols just sign into psn or xbl live once get the patch then never sign in again?

cant get my laptop and dongle USB modem to connect so that I can log on through my PS3.. watched all the vids and read everything however I cannot get it to work...

ahh yeah ive heard sometime a wireless dongle wont do it, do you have a computer just use a ethernet cable for a bit

nah dont have ADSL at home at the moment, moving into my new house in a few weeks, waiting for the transfer to go through!

I have seen people do it before with the Dongle but I could just not get it right..

Its not the end of the world to be honest : ) makes it that much harder! Plus dont like the idea of being invaded when I have struggled to get to a certain point only to be beaten and start again

Plus, dont use help either, only sometimes when I am in human form I find summon signs for the games NPC's to assist me, only had Solaire for the Bell Tower Gargoyles, Witch for Moonlight Butterfly and Iron Tarkus for Iron Golem.. the rest have been all solo

I am not connected to the net at all mate only at work and on my laptop with my dongle..
