Also, what damage said. I'd argue for 60%, to allow some leeway for stealthers. A 2/3rds reduction is a huge deal. More would be over compensation.

i dont think so since they focus more on the pve side of things which they should, pvp is just after you get bored of doing playthrough after playthrough.

Thing is, the majority of the people who play this game will play through once or twice, go "that was f*cking awesome", and they're done. But the people who KEEP playing their games are players like us. I understand that PvE is the most important aspect because most people will just PvE. But the customer base that keeps supporting their games, buying their DLC, and getting their new releases probably care more about PvP, because that's what keeps us coming back.

I know it's a lot to ask, but I want the best of both worlds. I wont hold it against them if they don't, since they still put out two of the best games I've ever played, but I still WANT it out of PvP as well.

@damage i get what you are trying to say but there is no way they can balance both pvp and pve at the same time, it would be awesome thoug. we are(pvp'ers) a VERY small part of the world of dark souls since the majority of the people get this game to play through it a couple of times and be done with it, maybe get all the trophies and level up to 712 but that's it, also this game is not gonna die any time soon judging by my invasions today there's still a lot of newbies and brand new players that are just getting the game.

I agree that PvE is the most important part. The day a game relies and emphasises on it's PvP than PvE just to sell copies is the day I stop buying it.

For me too, it's always been about PvE for me, while PvP can be good, it's nowhere near as brilliant or well designed as the PvE component is, or anywhere near as important.
