by Kirk-Barb Sat Aug 11, 2012 2:29 amAfter hours of playing I have built a lvl 30 pyromancer/gravelord. I tested it out tonight in the Depths while farming for eyes and humanity. Somewhere I read that the Depths were a bad place to do this, but I had a good experience. I was invaded 3 times by darkwraiths and 4 times by blue invaders using my sign. One blue invader came through twice. Nobody was glitching and all of the blue invaders bowed. I won four of the seven battles. All in all a good night. Logic to me would say the Depths are perfect place to gravelord as you should never run out of humanity or eyes.

Sl 30 in the Depths is my favorite gl spot. Stay at that level until next Saturday and join the tour!

No problem. I plan on staying this level for good. If I'm free anytime next Saturday I'll be happy to join the fun. My goal is to eventually move my show to lower Blightown, but I don't need to kill the gaping dragon to do that.

Hooray! Sticky at the top of the page has all the info you need. We're playing with some level appropriate armor and weapon restrictions, and Federally organized a Skype chat so we can chat between systems.

Thanks Acidic_Cook for the link. Very thoughtful. I have read it already, and now that I've seen it again, it is where I saw the advice on not to gravelord in the depths. I'm on PSN and meet all the qualifications for the get together except one. I've maxed out my pyro glove. I'll have to check, but I think I have another in my box. I started as a pyromancer, and left the glove boxed when I freed the pyromancer in the Depths so he'd give me a second. My thought was to use it for power within. So I should be able to upgrade it to +10 and then downgrade it later.
