PvP tales!

When I drop scales for a dragon spirit, I make sure they see it first, unequip any weapons, and turn my back to them. There has only been one occurrence where someone charged me. Every single other one sent me a message to thank me or at least gestured to acknowledge it.

Yep, I always give the host the benefit of the doubt if I see an item when I invade.

I summoned a dragon bro. He was med-rolling dude in full giants, with the gravelord sword, havel's shield, bkga, and pyro flame. Noobity noob noob. I turned my back to him to drop him a few scales and he charged me. No gestures or nothing. I had to fall back on some estus because he was a bit better than I thought, or I'm not good at parrying: he never really spammed any pariable attacks. I was also using a bow set-up. lol I killed him.

^ I guess they act like jerks because they rarely get summoned. I've played this game for I think about 300 hours total. I've only seen 2 dragon signs. I've seen others complain about the dragon summon rate. One dragon was nice. The other was a complete jerk.

I summoned the jerk in the butterfly area. His sign was next to the fire, but he appeared near the titanite demon. I waited for him, but he never came to me. I started to go to him. I killed some bushes, but one gave me some trouble for some reason. While I was fighting the abnormally hard bush the dragon guy backstabed me.

I guess they need to whatever it takes to win since the dragon summon rate is so low.

When you summon a dragon bro, you basically give them permission to invade you.

Yeah. But you said that it appeared by the fire, BUT he appeared near the titanite demon. So I kinda went assuming from there...

It's not confusing, it's just that you made it seem like you expected the dragon sign to act like a rss, which it does not. SPECIFICS BIATCH.



OT, bow builds are hilarious. Especially faith bow builds, because you can wog those filthy bs-fishers after you annoyed them to hell with your arrows.

Here you stated the specifics of the dragonbro's equipment. Based on your logic you were surprised. Is that correct?

I was surprised at his tactics. My listing of his equipment was done to, er, further show him in a "noobish" light, as his tactics were already horribly nooby.

^The last dragon I summoned, I thought it was a fair fight... Till I received a chain of hate mails from him, starting by "Bow from backstab fishers are illarious". He then pretended I BSed him 3 times in the duel while never using any other attack.
I remember giving him one locked poise BS after noticing he was kinda overly aggressive by running R1 toward me. For me the rest was only clean fighting (though he was lagging a lot, it was ok...).
I was wearing full giant + mom in an experimental high end fast roll SL120 build (was SL60-70 atm), so I suppose my opponent auto assumed I was bad and didn't like being beaten by a supposed noob. (only supposed? That I can't really tell)

I stated the dragon person's sign location and spawn location. You stated it meant I was an idiot. I replied it did not. You replied it did, because I the fact I listed it implied it surprised me. I replied you listed your opponents armor because it implied you were surprised by it based on your logic. You replied it didn't surprise you. I replied I proved your logic false, which means I'm not an idiot.
