10% HP is still good if you have 50 Vit and fap ring. It gives you 1980 HP. 5% more equipload is a joke, and I don't care for stamina regen cause I always have green blossoms, so I would say we will see even more moms.

Allot of times I've only won with a few hp to spare so that makes mom VERY
powerful on those occasions especially if your hp is quite low anyway it can be
the difference between getting 1hko or surviving with Red Tearstone activated,
or in the case of most gankers surviving & healing back to full hp.

It's 5%. Someone in a stream showed me their equip load before and after putting on the mask. It's 5% for sure. The same goes for MoM, confirmed 10% hp increase.

Seriously, if anything fap should have had its hp/equip boost dropped to 10%, and havels should have had its equip burden dropped to 35%. The nerfs to the masks were not necessary, nor will they have any real effect on what people wear, because the bigger parts of the stacking that the masks were involved in have been left untouched.
