So far:
+ DWGR nerfed to 25% equip load
+ Hornet nerfed to +30%
+ New bonfire warps (including Undead Parish)
+ Dragonhead glitch removed
+ BB Glitch gone [CONFIRMATION NEEDED]

- Spoiler:
- You access new content with pendant drop from a crystal golem in
Duke's Archives (using this pendant after you have rescued Dusk you can
be warped to past where new content is.)
- First boss is sanctuary Guardian (drops whip weapon)
- Second Boss is Artorias (drops artorias souls can be either given to Ciaran or made a new weapon)
- Third boss is the black dragon Kaleenam (or something like that) that
is practically invinsible before you get Gough to shoot it down for you) as far as I know this boss is optional
- Last boss is Manus (aka Dark Lurker)
- Some new items are: Both weapons of Ciaran, Abyss Sword, Guardian Tail
whip, Manus Catalyst, Chesters Crossbow (?), Chesters set, Ciaran's
set, Artorias's set, New weird pendant item that reflect dark magic,
dark magic spells including a curse magic...list goes on and on VERY
MUCH NEW ITEMS
- New NPC:s : Ciaran , Gough, Chester, Elizabeth..
- You see Alvina and Sif
- Arena mode is accessed from a special room in Oolacile where you chooce the arena you want to warp in
- Gough sells the so-called "In game chat items" but they are just
prismstones that say things on Gough's voice like: "HELP ME", "VERY
GOOD" or "THANK YOU"
