you can actually take any of your builds, use the dragon torso and youre good to go. unless you ohave more than 40 end which for a dragon build 40 end is perfect mainly becasue of the stamina. here's my dragon build if it helps http://tinyurl.com/8qtmrv6

What Rant said. There isn't much difference between a dragon build and a "normal" build, except for that the dragon build uses the torso stone.
I would recommend 40 end and high vit (higher than 50 is unnecessary). And wolf ring, i also always use the FaP ring, because of the health/stamina boost it gives.

Yea but are Dragon's better at Faith or Dex? You know? I need some more specifics, clearly I'm not the best at PvP.

They're as viable with both. It mostly depends on what weapons you're better with.

Well since DEX weapons are usually better, and require less in the armor category, faster weapons are better in general. It's really not too different, but requires a slightly different mindset. You have to avoid hits when you can, and be afraid of bleed and poison.
