I don't own any of the expansions of DoW2, though I do have all of DoW1, yet not installed anymore.

I think that in that so called 'paradox' as you seem to think it, poster discretion is advised.
In terms of the necroing thing, I think the hatred is more towards just reviving topics noone likes to see and should just be allowed to die.
Though I'd rather people stopped with the 'highest souls lost' threads, seriously it's just a boring pissing contest that noone really cares about, it's just the amount of time you spend pvping that determines it.
