What gives you the idea that it is?
Edit: oh i get it. The description in Spanish, German and Italian say that you can attack with the fangs. They probably just mean that as a joke, like if you had one irl you could do that. I'm pretty sure you can't actually do it in game.

You can use the Pike's running attack. That looks like you're charging in with your head down

An iaito 2HR2 with the boar head and hidden weapon looks like a tusk attack.
