Recognize the difference between introverts and extroverts. Introverts need time alone to recharge. Give them that time.
Recognize differences between genders. Those of you who are married know what I'm talking about. Here's one difference (a generalization, not always true). Men want to solve other's problems when they confide in them. Women just want someone to listen to them. That can cause some tension.
Treat others how you want to be treated. Regardless of how they treat you. Old one, but very true.
Last one (for now). Not everyone is going to like you. Accept it. Follow the above paragraph, and don't let it get to you.
