I just found out that you can private chat on Dark Souls (XBL). Makes it easier when trying to communicate summon drop sites for summoning a friend.

Just discovered sl 55'ish is a hot number for PVP and Darkwraiths invasions pretty much anywhere in the game. Beginning of Sen's, both forests, undead parish, etc. Pretty sure most these places are NG+ player populated.

I just found out that dark bead has a really long damn range. I tried to snipe a bloated sorcerer with my bow. Hit him for 1 damage and tried to walk away. I got knocked off the bridge from what had to be 200 yards in real life terms. I lost 45k to it. :shock:

Quelaan is the only NPC who moves her lips when speaking. Found it out today with my first ever run with Old Witch's Ring as a starting gift.

Chester's clothes have Dark Bead resistance. I hit him point blank on level 160 caster and he took ~300 damage.

Perhaps he trained magic resistance in the Painted World with Jeremiah.

I just discovered that you can use the cage in Sens fortress as a shortcut. Ive been through Sens more then 10 times, but I though the key was only there to free Logan...

I just watched an Iron Golem figth video, and for the first time I've noticed that it has a big hole in his chest. Did anyone tried shooting an arrow there? Maybe a one shot kill ?

I think it's just a concave area in his chest
It could have been the planned core of iron golem location, and was later abandoned

I played yesterday with a buddy in private chat and it worked like a champ. We could communicate summon locatons and I helped him get through Anor Lando. Private chat is awesome for this game.

also not true on any playthrough after NG he is reaaaaaallly hard NG+ onward also i discovered that alot of invaders in the forest will message you complaining about ganking when you offer to duel them one on one but they run into the enemies anyway i like to summon my buddies and let them duel invaders 1v1 then if my friends die i let the invader heal then ill go at em but noooooo big suprise mankind in general are idiots that dont listen
