Discoveries you only made recently.

Stamina regeneration is reduced at higher encumbrance levels. No armor reduces stamina regeneration otherwise.

The delay before being able to sprint again after bottoming out your stamina is always, regardless of items, armor, stamina, regeneration, or equip load, is exactly 4 seconds. (correction, 3 seconds)

Using Force gets rid of Pinwheel's clones

I tend to get ghost blades and tridents a lot more quickly than the Balder SS.

The Bastard Sword is actually a good, viable weapon.

Kalameet can breathe fire upwards to get you while you're on the ladder.

Apparently he can also do this jump attack thing where he breathes fire on you if you're on the ledge.

The Hawk Ring allows you to zoom in farther when aiming in FPS mode.

Works with Binoculars as well.

There's a container with a corpse with Transient Curses in the New Londo Ruins before the well known shortcut of jumping down to the lower level.

You can't change the horizontal aim of a bow while in third person, but you can change the vertical aim far outside the normal first-person aim limits.

You can also use this + the hawk ring and pharis' bow to kill Manus without ever meeting him.

I often use this technique to snipe with crossbows without using binoculars.
You just need to face your enemy perfectly (center camera button helps)

You don't need the Pharris Bow to snipe him; I've done it with a Short Bow, but I find a threesome against him is more fun.

After Artorias' intro cutscene is activated and still alive you can hear his eerie breathing from outside the coliseum.

Discovered two things while running my SL1 . 

Fireball Pyromancy gives you Hyper Armor at the last few Frames, around when you release the Fireball . 
I got hit by the Asylum Demon while casting Pyro but didn't flinch .

The second thing happened while i was trying to fall towards Vamos (making a Fire Weapon) in the Depths .
Anyway, i missed the platform and fell all the way down, i tried to Menu quit before i die .
And i quit at the last possible frame ! 
Just when my Character hit the ground and the Health wasn't depleted yet i  quit the Game . 
When i loaded it i was at the Bottom of the Pit !

This could be very usefull for Speedruns .

However, it was useless to me since i missed the Green Shard, so i had to do it all over again lol

Menu quit tricks can used to get a lot of places.

The Infested Barbarians from the top (back entrance) of Blighttown can sometimes fall right and survive the fall down to the bog.
Not a new thing, I've known this since my third or fourth playthrough, but I've finally got a screenshot of it

First time that happened to me I didn't realise he'd survived the fall and I was mid dialogue with Shiva and the Barbarian nearly killed me, and killed Shiva and his Ninja. Thankfully I'd already learned the gesture and bought what I needed to.

When you die by falling onto certain floors, your character will sometimes do the extra long kneeling death animation on the floor, long enough for the game to autosave, and your bloodstain will be where you landed. Happened to me twice today: once at Iron Golem (lost 5K souls--bloodstain was on an inaccessible cliff behind where you find the Shotel) and once from the Painting Room rafters (I was able to retrieve the bloodstain)

Yup. It's only happened to me at Iron Golem before, but multiple times. Last time I lost, like, 1.2 million souls on some high NG. No way to get them back. It reminds me of cliff deaths in Demon's Souls where it would sometimes take literal MINUTES before it registered your death.
