Have you ever fought someone that you thought you could easily beat but then he proceeded to kick your ***?

Oh yes. Kinda frustrating. Either that, or I've seriously overestimated my skills.

The other day I spotted a person dual wielding Cestus, while wearing the starting warrior set. They rocked me so hard it wasn't even funny, holy hell. I didn't even detect any lag either, they figured out my style within moments and started parrying me, then kicking me just to show they could riposted, it was pretty stunning. Another invader came and I stood back to see what they were doing, he used beckon and asked for us both to attack him. He then got even more difficult and started riposting us both, turns out his Estus were unupgraded. He killed us both. That guy was *** terrifying, I couldn't really read his name though. I'm pretty sure he was a japanese player. Also he was not hacking or anything, I did hit him once which also let me know his armor had no upgrades, and he took a lot of damage. Darkroot, but still it could have been him. I wish I had checked the name, because man I wish I had sent that guy a long message explaining how the Forest hunters could really use a man like that, or woman.

He's been using a pvp build that only makes use of cestus' and things dreglings drop for the last couple of weeks. He says it really takes people off their guard. I think the real reason he does it is in hopes that someone else will pull some out and box with him.

This guy seemed more like he wanted to challenge himself a ton, frankly i was surprised he wasn't going bare handed.

Yeah that's probably him. He's trying to play through the game SL1 and naked right now also. I'd offer you his PSN ID but I don't know him in person. I met him playing Demon's Souls a few months before Dark came out, so I'm not completely positive how he'd react to my giving out his ID. I'll ask him next time he's on though if you'd like me to give him yours.

The only people i know i may lose to are high poise katana wielders, they are sooooo aggressive

I have taken the knight set and fully upgraded it along with the broadsword and tower kite shield and wait for people to invade me in the burg. I then proceed to take down the invader with a decent amount of damage which at times leaves them shocked.

Turns out this happens a lot, also because if i think im gonna win easily i get very sloppy...

Also lag probably doesn't help

I only die when they only come for a BS. I always attack and roll over. Never hits twice in a row.
