Don't much care for Bleach anymore (stopped caring during the Arrancar arc), but this opening was their best one in my opinion. Love the song.

Yes definitely one of the best bleach openings, also I dont know what stopped you but you should really watch all of it.

It just got way too ridiculous for my tastes. Besides, I don't care much for anime in general. There are few anime series I legitimately like anymore, like Cowboy Bebop, Speed Grapher, and Soul Eater.
EDIT: Oh, and the Karas movies. If you haven't seen those, you should. They're really great.

With the ultra-long series it just starts to feel like they aren't going anywhere when they haven't found the treasure/become hokage/defeated Aizen after 400+ episodes.

Yeah. After a certain point it just starts to feel contrived. "We're inventing random crisis, because if we don't we have no show" instead of "look, this is a story about _____ doing _____ and discovering______ about self/life/whatever/ect."
