Well I will say something then!
Statement in favor:
Funny (and sad) video. The idea of that being Altorus's brother makes for some good lore (family dynamics for the win). Makes since that someone would slip on all that goo.
Statement in opposition:
The state and position of the chained prisoner makes me think one of two things:
1. That used to be the king/boss of the city. Indirectly (or directly) responsible for creating Manus by torturing/mutating some poor sap. Manus goes crazy and mutates the king/boss into the chained prisoner to do HIS bidding now.
2. Manus needed some kind of alli or co-conspirator... and it was the chained prisoner his cell mate! Also something had to knock the heads off all those statues. Why not the mutated wrecking ball form of someone who reaaallyy hates the ruling class of the city.

The first video was really just funny for me the only thing that was off putting was the audio, as I think he's talking a little too close to the mic.
