I like the concept but can't think of good questions when I'm in here for some reason.

How about...

Pendant, who is your favorite Futurama character and why?

Zapp and Fry.

Zapp because he's built like a steakhouse but handles like a bistro; and Fry because he's pretty much the cartoon version of me. Also, a dream of mine is to drink an emperor and take his throne.

That reminded me of something I saw today.

This describes quite a few people I know, however sad it is:

Skype kind of is. It is not like you will meet people you haven't met somewhere else on it, unless you do group calls or chats. I never thought of it as a social medium, more as a cellphone on my computer.


So, what is everyones favorite books? Or if not that, what books are you reading right now or just read? Or if you cannot think of either of those, please simply post a picture of you sitting there twiddling your thumbs.

I just finished reading Fight Club and starting to read Clockwork Orange. Both great books that I recommend for people that don't mind some very interesting, and very different world views then you normally see.

You see those blank lines?  Those are mine.  I keep my social life in real life since anyone I would want to talk to is easily within reach there without the aid of the internet and, being the introvert that I am, I prefer to keep my social and personal internet time separate. This site is the closest I'll likely get to using the internet for socializing

I think there's quite a few people on the forum that knows what I look like  Other than that, to answer Hart's question about the limits of the gaming medium.

I do not really know, I think that games can be better than other media to immerse you into the world it is set in and make you actually care about the characters much more than a few others. Now, that's not necissarily the case, it's just what I think. Perhaps the much more direct involvement the gamer has with their games, at least in comparison to other media, makes a stronger connection to the material?
