I am zeppelinmetal on the forums, Shane in real life, and Delvanoc on psn. I am currently a server/father/husband/student. My major is animation and have a love of lighting in CG (computer generated) environments. I am fairly new to Dark Souls (meaning I have just over 100 hours into the game) and still ask questions myself. Love to help others when I can.

Err... I mean The Great Perhaps. My main hobbies are playing drums, lots of reading, a bit of writing, and video games. Lots of them. I try to be friendly whenever possible, am a bit concerned about the environment, and, in real life, I am quite shy. I am a forest hunter, gravelord servant, and maybe a darkwraith in the future. Ok, seriously. Some about me. My username and avvy are the same in all of my online identities, from other forums to YouTube, to PSN/XBL IDs.

When I'm gaming, I can only play one game at a time. So, I haven't played any other games since DkS came out. My other video game love is the Ninja Gaiden series.

I live in Minnesota and am a veterinarian. I'm married with children. I'm a dude. Umm. I love music, all kinds of music. My 2 favorite movies are . . . Matrix and V (big surprise there, I'm sure).

I love PvP in DkS. Can't get enough of it. I'm not the best gamer, far from it. My "skills" have come from obstinate stubbornness and playing over and over. I still classify myself as mediocre to decent at best.

I also love to coop and help others. I have a toon designed to help people with Anor Londo and New Londo Ruins. I have about 100 coop victories with that one. I'm probably going to make a toon for ToG and DA as well.

I'm always down for sparring, item transfer, practicing techniques, helping complete levels, etc.

Anything else? I tend to be a smartass and very sarcastic. The problem is twofold. I have a very monotonous voice, so sarcasm is hard to come off. Part 2 is my mouth always gets me into trouble. I can't shut up. It's like a disease.

I'm BartholomewWenceslas, Scott in real life. I'm only 16 (*gasp* but dark souls is rated M :affraid: ) and I like to run (even though I'm terrible at it). I got dark souls about 2 weeks after it came out when I saw the trailer and thought it looked amazing, then I quit playing it after I got to Blighttown. Went back and started up my playthrough again when NorthernLion (a youtube LPer) started up his. Since, then dark souls has become one of my favorite games. Most of my free time is spent in games so there's really not much interesting to say about me... Although I do consider myself to be the resident ellipses user seeing as how a majority of my posts will have one in them (also I put a lot of after thoughts in parentheses).

Right I'll give this a shot as basically a newbie...

I'll be the first BritishLAD to post here then. I'm Rockstar, I'm a playstation fanboy (always had one, in any of it's iterations, since I was 3 years old) and I've been basically a dedicated gamer for 10 years now, and I'm only 18 years old. I attend sixth form college, my last year of school basically, and in October I go into Higher Education, to do Film Studies at Lancaster University. I'm basically an all around media geek; I'm present in blog form, on Twitter, on many forums, I'm active in a few massively multiplayer games (currently Tribes Ascend and Age of Empires Online, previously World of Warcraft and Lord of the Rings Online), I go to the cinema at least once a fortnight and I play a new game at least once a fortnight, too. There are only a couple of games that I return to on a regular basis though and these are the Souls games, the Uncharted Series and Batman Arkham City.

My name originates from the Nickelback song and it's also my date of birth, 21/12. Though, I'm more commonly known to my friends as Juggermoo, a combination of Juggernaut and Shamoo; Juggernaut as I play rugby (pretty damn well) and Shamoo comes from a baby whale in Seaworld; as I'm a fat git, and I make no attempt to hide it. My favourite bands are Nickelback, Seether, Tenacious D, Killswitch Engage, 30 Seconds to Mars... I can go on for ages. My favourite films are The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, Lord of the Rings and the Matrix Trilogy. Favourite TV; Stargate and Game of Thrones. Favourite Books: Game of Thrones and An Empire in Black and Gold series.

PlasticandRage on the forum, generally referred to as one or the other, which is enough for me. I'm 29 and live in Upstate New York. Also a college student, yes at 29, it's a long story. A year from right now I'll be graduating with a BA in English and Art History. Trying to be a writer. When I'm not playing video games or doing school work, which isn't very often during the winter, I'm climbing/backpacking. However after a severe knee injury I'm grounded, so to speak, for the time being. I like to discuss video games, which means I generally enjoy responding to questions about them. In fact the forum itself has sort of started to become it's own separate addiction for me. We have a pretty great community here, no need to lurk.

Hello guys, name is Carlos, not Phil like everyone think , I'm currently a student, and I have a pretty common life, with a few exceptions. I study at morning, then I like to play soccer, train martial arts and hang out with my friends, and at night, I play videogames. Normally I get tired of a game very quicly, finish story mode, play 2 weeks online and then I already want to trade or sell it, but dark souls is diferent. This and Metal gear solid saga are the only games that I'm really addicted. Dark Souls is very interesting, everytime I try to play another game, DkS calls me back. Strange feeling.

Like I said, pretty common life. The exception? Wish only you guys could see the dreams I have at night, no one would believe.

Hiya, don't want to give out my real name, but I am currently working on a startup I own and trying to get funding. The startup has to deal with the video games industry, although it is more economics and business based startup, not a small studio. I can't give out more details on it at this point. I'm 21 and make a living doing whatever jobs I can find. Hey yo. Big Demon's and Dark Souls fan. I love a challenging and rewarding game and there aren't very many of them nowadays. I like to use faith builds because of my intrigue of religion, haha. Liked my Demon's Souls faith build better than my Dark Souls one, mainly because of the moveset of the crescent axe in that game. Anyways I'm 25 years old and live in south central South Dakota yeeehaaww. I like old music (funk, rock, jazz, instrumentals), I like dark beer, dark women, kung-fu and samurais, throwing tomahawks and knives, and living as close to harmony as I can with the great plains of America. I'm currently the owner and sole employee of my family farm, my mom and girlfriend help out when they can. Not to sound depressing but my father passed from colon cancer recently (so get your dang colons screened) and my grandfather had a stroke at 90 years old and he was still a badass mofo! But yea not much time for video games but when I got time Dark Souls has my time. The sense of wonder and those feelings this game brings ( I have alot of alone time with a world deprived of other humans so it suits me well) ... ah, only matched by the gloom of a rainy day where the clouds stretch to the end of the great plains and the windswept grass waves at the last hint of sunlight. I love the world.

My name is Rob (Robert in reality but by using a contraction I can appear to have a somewhat cooler name than I do). A 19 year old fellow, living in New Zealand, is what I am though I like to consider myself somewhat more than the 2D characters I have thus far portrayed.

I love writing in all its forms and am currently in the process of writing several series of short serial narrative and also working of several large novels (though these are only in the planning process). I love reading. Anything from Sci-fi to Romance and back to Historical Dramas. As such the types of books that I aim to write fall squarely into the Romance, Historical, Sic-fi, and Fantasy Genres where I aim to hit the teenage audience, because hell they have to read more.

I also love film. Not that I can act. Though my thoughts often degenerate into how I could work certain scenes into films and such. I do however intend to enter the local 48 hour film competition. James Cameron is my god in this regard, making and epic Titanic, then following it up with his sci fi remake Avatar. I also love all the Classics from Cassablanca, The Scent of a Woman to the Godfather, and Some like it Hot.

Appart from that I'm a really boring person.

Oh did I mention I love gaming? Yeah I'm a Mass Effect and Resident Evil man a heart (gotta love them zombies) but love all of those sort of not so well know RPG's (Yeah Demon's, Tales of Symphonia, and Valkyria Chronicles).

In reality I'm at university running an Arts Degree in either Anthropology or Media and Communications, not too sure yet. First year repeat, after a disastrous year wherein our city was struck by multiple earthquakes which leveled much of the center of town....

On the brighter side Its all goods and none of the nearby bars closed so.....

Hello, I am called blade of The Sun, or just blade. I probably do more cosplay than I should, but it is how I have found solace in Dark Souls. I rarely ever create a character based on anything but Faith. I find the implementation of this stat very unique.

Souls Info:
As you might have guessed by looking at my signature I played Demon's Souls. Maiden Astrea and the vinlands are my favourite characters. The boss fight gave me the chills. Most people overlook this, but the dead half baby spiders were a really nice touch to the level. Tower of Latria legitimately gave me the creeps. Gwyn Lord of Cinder is my favourite Dark Souls character.


Personal:
I am a quarter of a century old, I like Progressive, Industrial, rock, New Wave, Math/tech metal, Death and some black metal. I will be happily spending my summer in Alaska this year so I might have a falling out with seeing the great outdoors and all. I like Beer and Pizza. I like to be helpful and informative all in the same sentence, and I tend to be on the pessimistic side. I have a passion for art and story telling and am often on a eclectic playing field. I'm from Australia where every day is a fight for survival against giant spiders and poisonous snakes (or so many Americans lead you to believe). I'm an avid gamer who generally likes super long rpgs but I got into Dark souls 3 months ago and haven't looked back. I recently started playing online (check out my user made cov).

I enjoy writing but couldn't write a conversation for my life so I don't advertise it. I do enjoy reading though and spend most of my time not studying or gaming doing that. On the forums I'm mostly a lore nut though I explore the other sections a tiny bit

I'm ErrJon6661, but most on here call me ErrJon or Err. However I usually go by Jon. I'm a musician/student/artist/chef in real life. I'm looking to get my foot in the production door within the next year or two. I spend what little free time I have on the forums or playing Dark Souls. I rarely play anything else. I play in a Metalcore band out of a crazy city called Portland. Most people think I'm the funniest thing in the world, or the biggest ahole they've ever met. I tone it down here on the forums because my sarcasm doesn't transfer well over type and I've clashed heads enough times in my first few weeks on here to last me a lifetime. I like helping people out and do so as much as possible on here.

In Dark souls I began playing as pure dex builds and had a tough time adjusting from Demon's Souls. I've now settled into using int/dex builds and created a covenant based around them and my current style of play which I'm glad to see others begging to enjoy. I play for the enjoyment of PvP not for the wins. I purposely under equip my characters, use strange loadouts and off tactics to keep myself entertained. I'm also completely convinced that Demon's Souls made me a better person, but thats another rant for another day.
