Half souls for no reason, PLEASE HELP! :(

For some reason i'm getting only half the ammount of souls that i should and i'm not cursed or have eggs :/ I did have eggs so to buy Toxic Miss from the chaos servents' merchant, but i cured it.

Now i do not have any of the patches downloaded(don't have xbox live) so idk if that would matter or anything...

therefor saying that the patches doubled the ammount of souls the enemies give?

Yeah, the patches increase the souls alot, however is it half what you used to get ? xD if so it may be a problem..

no it was just off of what the wiki was saying they give(most noteably bosses) as well as not getting a humanity or twin humanity that i should've, so i guess that makes sense. Thanks
