I agree.

I always veiwed the fact that Old Mand Gwyn didn't have a cutscene because he was so insane. There was no pleading for his life. There was no warning. Just an insane king and his mad attempt to kill you.

Nothing is difficult in Dark Souls after you've beaten it once, but on the first playtrough it was the falls that got me the most.
Most annoying thing in Dark Souls now a days? Tryhards.

Actually when you get to about NG+++++++ (where I'm at now) everything gets way harder because they hit like they have rocket boosters attached to their weapons. Especially those damn clams and skele dogs.

A Skele dog nearly OHKs you at NG (lowish level), at that high they must be a nightmare.

Clams were actually worse, believe it or not. The reason why is because the clams before seath could be aggrod from like miles away, and a clam close to you wouldn't be. Take another step you've got a goddamn army after you. Those clams hit hard.

Meatshields people, dont leave yours at the bonfire.
I rarely have an issue with the archers, I summon one guy to run at them first, maybe clear the way, maybe fall to his death, that just lets me see where he went wrong and correct it.

The archers weren't a problem for me. I just cooked the one in my way with a good old chaos fireball.

Gwyn's lack of a Cut Scene is actually my favorite part about that fight, I feel like I'm the only person that absolutely loves how they handled Gwyn.

A cutscene where Gwyn turns around and he and the player just stare at each other for a few seconds, then Gwyn readies his sword and it bursts into flames. That's what I want.

Why would that happen? Gwyn is like a mindless beast that just wishes to kill anything that enters the area. Why would he do that? Many of the cutscenes that are already in game I'm not a fan of for their pointlessness, why add another?

Jk, probably all the damn walking, everything after placing the lord vessel, all the glitches, the fact that there is a prelit bonfire in front of the E. dragon with no explanation, and the wonky mechanics of the gravelord covenant.
