And on the moving Platforms in Oolacile .

And i think it also Worked in Demons Souls in 1-4 on the Elevator before the Boss .

any reason why you can't do that? i assume it's because you can't critical someone unless you're on the same level ground-wise. would it apply here somehow?

Are there even any other elevators that you can PvP on?

Did you guys know that you can snipe the Hydra in Darkroot Basin from the bridge on top the waterfall? It's get really tough when its down to 2 heads but it's doable.

Greatbow + Hawk Ring. Learned this from a phantom I summoned in the 400+ range. Actually managed to use it once, since it was more convenient than going down there and killing it myself.

You can just aim at the body. Certainly an easier target than trying to get individual heads.

i just found out i can manually aim my lightning spears by looking around! i swear I've played this game before, though you couldn't tell by how much basic stuff i miss lol.

You can actually aim any spell (and bow when not aiming) and projectile by changing the camera.

You can aim melee weapons too, try it with a thrusting weapon against a wall.
Hit it once while looking down, and once while looking up, you'll see there's a pretty big difference.

When i didn't know i could lock-on, i managed to reach the capra demon without ever locking on, with a sorcerer.

it only takes 47 damage with my greatbow on the body compared to 150-250 on the heads

Ahh...

Weapons coated in the flame resin stop the toxic guys in Painted World spraying the toxic when they die. Been through there so many times without knowing this.

The Hydra will die once you cut off all of it's heads, even if it still has HP left.

i wasn't sure where to put this, but since i have yet to find out: what's the point of occult weapons? are they super-effective vs sunbros?!

They give extra damage to Silver Knights and O&S I think. That's all.

aaawww part of me wanted it to poop on phantoms/sunbros when i invade lol. besides skeletons, what's divine for? i mostly use it for my faith builds for the scaling, but i'm not sure if it has any practicality.

Divine does extra damage against skeletons and harpies (god knows why) and of course makes the skeletons stay dead.
Occult does extra damage against silver knights, black knights, Gwyn and Gwyndolin.

The blighttown mosquitoes won't respawn when you stand close to their spawn point in the swamp. They'll continue spawning when you move away though.

i just found out that if you throw a lightning spear into water, you get an area of effect attack! did accidentally in the forest and killed the invader w/ it lol XD

I think you both need to use a talisman/pyro flame with either no miracles/pyromancies attuned or no miracles/pyromancies left to cast. Equip them in both hands and use them back-to-back for full effect.
