Most axes don't have very good movesets. Have seen people use the Crescent axe a few times. The range on that thing.....It's a tad ridiculous. Also I think the Greataxe is under appreciated. Can surprise people with the R2 and it deals out massive, massive damage and destroys poise. Against a poiseless player, you can use it as soon as you see them attack, and the thrust will both stop them from attacking and get the extra damage from Leo. The Dagger is no joke.

I think it may be a *tad* difficult for a Falchion user to use the Dagger effectively.
Point is, some may class it as bad because it requires a little more thought about distance than the Falchion.

No, i never realized.
I knew the dark silver tracer could thrust, and also the jagged ghost blade.
I just always went for the bandit's and DST i guess
I actually thought at one time the jagged ghost blade was gonna be where it was at....then I realized even if someone stood there and let you stab them in the face...you'd deal 25 poise damage with the 5 hit combo.....i was

It was the focus on falchion users opposite dagger users.
Anyone using a different weapon than what they regularly use will generally have to accommodate for the difference in weapons, so it just came off like you were singling out people who use the Falchion.

I just started hosting solo in the Forest with this, and I have yet to die in about 7 fights.
It's hard to keep up with the rolling attacks, and even if they can the R2's just slowly chip them down. It's been versatile so far...

Also, I would love to do some tests on this. Falchion user versus Dagger user, their effectiveness versus different builds, how skill comes into this. I will use my friends as test dummies and come back to this topic in a few days. Should be fun.
