Here I go.

Name: Reaper Scythe

Weapon Type: Halberd

Description:
"Secret weapon once belonging to one of the gravelord servants of Nito, the first of the dead. This scythe is worthy of it's name, for it is poisonous, causes bleeding, and restores a small amount of HP for each hit. But the cursed weapon has a mind of it's own, and it can punish it's wielder in more ways than one."

Unique effects: Weapon inflicts both poison and bleed, HP regeneration for every successful hit, but effects have a high chance to backfire and have negative effects on the player instead of the opponent (example: poison and bleed build up, lose health for every hit equivalent to the amount of health you get from HP regeneration)

Description: "An ancient sword used in ancient rituals where cultists sacrificed young children to the Lords. The sword is stained with blood because of all the sacrifices. This sword was never made for battle since it has too many curves and sides that aren't sharp enough to cut through armor, the sides however offer a deadly advantage in dismembering creatures."

Effects: It has the normal speed of a greatsword, but deals less damage and can only be upgraded to +5, this greatsword however deals tons of bleed build up (about 500 a strike) and the 2HR2 is a special attack that makes the user impale anything in front of him, dealing heavy damage.

I'm hoping for a Moonlight Spear. Sure in King's Field, Demon's Souls, and Dark Souls it's a greatsword, but I really love polearms, and I'd use it constantly.

Dancer Knife,

It allows one to do customize their moveset by pressing different directions on their controller while attacking. A forward attack would do a spinning leap forward, left and right would be a quadriple spin with four hits if they all hit, and back would be an awesome roll with the end being like a one of those spins a street performer can do, one hand holding you up, and your arm extended out with the knife.
A normal attack without direction is just normal knife swings. Can't be used two handed, but if two copies are used in both hands they get a special ability where you can chain much faster combos if you go from main hand to off hand to main and off back and forth.

View: In fact, it looks like a half of an egg or a turtle shell, its material is a metal, its color is dusty-and-muddy brown-gray. When character holds it, shield covers him from the front, the sides and the above (not so much, however - character is completely open from the backside). The relief of the shield is turtle-like, covered in quads. There is a spike in center of the each quad. There is a special "window" for the character's eyes.
Description: "This "shield" was supposed to be part of a great statue. You have no clue, why (and how) you should use it, but it seems impenetrable. It is also menaces with quite sharpened spikes".

Weapon Effect: Causes bleed. When accumulated, wastes 66% of your enemy's health.

It's attack power is strong enough to be used as main weapon (2H, is more preferable).
It has a special attack, when character just run, jump a little and "roll" the enemy into the ground.

I certainly like shields, yeah.

I won't worry about a lot of stats but:

Termite dagger- "This unassuming blade, upon close inspection, is covered in thousands of small glass fibers. Though a simple magic, the enchantment that makes them burrow into their victim is considered especially cruel"

Description: Weapon used by the highest ranked Dark Wraith. Not much is known about the warrior, for none have lived to tell the tale. His Blade said to steal the souls of the victims who fall to it adding the soul to his army.

Affects/Appearance: Average Long sword with a black blade inscribed with red trim. Broader blade making it have a unique move set like the Dark Wraith sword. The blade appears to be flowing with a black cloud inside. Its' reach is actually longer than it appears, every time the user swings the sword a dark mist emits showing its dark habits for stealing Souls. * doesn't actually take soul quantity.

Name: Souls Snare

Type: Sheild

Description: Sheild of the Highest Ranking Dark Wraith

Effects/ Appearance : Large thin red circle outlining a spiraling vortex of darkness. It collects the damage dealt upon it and instead of a parry set it deals the damage back with a small explosion of dark mist which lingers with an affect of corrosion that weakens the victims armor

Gives me an idea then,

The Reaper.

A scythe that unequips the user's armor and turns them into a shrouded skeleton. Health is increased by 20%, defense by 50%, and has a natural 15 poise.

With a normal attack, it just uses the r2 of the great scythe, but with a strong attack it instead uses the downwards slam of a normal r1 of a scythe weapon. This strong attack can drain the held souls of those it hits (corresponding to the damage done by attack). 2 handing the weapon swaps the normal attack and strong attack movesets making it similar to the great scythe, but it's r2 still reaps the souls from it's victims.

Upgrades via twinkling titanite.
200 ar, 210 ar, 221 ar , 242 ar, 260 ar.
B scaling all the way.
No other special properties are known about the weapon.
