I already have a high int velka's talisman build as my gravelord, very effective considering the dance has a 0 requirement for faith it is perfect for int toons meaning Gravelords aren't restricted via spell by stats like Sunbros and some other covs are.
And you give me too much credit, Skare, Brokewilly, Befowler, even you I think post a tip or two. A lot of people exchange ideas about what to do in the forest.
I had a bit of an issue with the Calvadeans because at first I fought some who were pretty easy, as time went on I fought some of them who were utter monsters. However, once I started hosting near the bonfire instead of in the forest things became less about invaders and more about spirits of vengance. I too noticed a lot of people who were like farmers, as well I actually noticed players who were just all around new to PvP, some of which I talked with and explained that an event was going on so things would be dangerous. When they would invade I'd use weak weapons to spar with them and show them a few tricks for PvP, all in all I had a lot of fun. By the way, in the main forest where forest hunters invade often you'll be invaded before you have a chance of dropping your eye so you'll actually be stuck without cursing other worlds. So I actually was constantly fighting either really cheap players, duellists, or people who were totally new to PvP. I saw so many different styles of play, it was great.
EDIT: Also I figured this was worth mentioning, if you plan on leaving areas open as an int toon when it comes to upgrading weapons it is perfect. The enchanted ember is in a chest in the forest, and Rick of V comes with 1-5 of Magic. So, you can get an enchanted ember, and farm Blue Chunks off of the golems near the hydra. You can't get a slab unless you go to the Duke's/Cave, but you can get a +4 Enchanted weapon easily without ever having to kill a boss. That's right, as an int toon you can get a max scaling weapon with your stat without having to kill a single boss provided you took the master key. Though as a GL you might want to kill the Moonlight butterfly for the divine ember, there is always the Astora sword, though you'll have to go a bit into faith. Actually funny thing if you have the strength I'm pretty sure the Stone Knight Sword keeps things dead down in the Cata's unless you're doing a no divine run through down there for the coffin, which is a bit tricky the first few times. But yeah, you can get high int scaling weapons without ever having to kill a boss outside of the tutorial. I just find that very nice leaving me with a wide range of areas to curse.
