The official "Who would win?" thread

So I'm insanely bored right now, so I figured I'd start another little forum game. The rules are simple, someone names two characters/people and then we debate over which of them would in an all-out, balls-to-the-walls deathmatch, either until a concencus is reached or we just get bored with those two characters. I'll start nice and easy:

Robotnik or Bowser?

Bowser for me. On top of having all the things like super-strength and fire breath, he has shown that he also has accomplished feats similar to Robotnik in term of mechanical capabilities with things like the Koopa Clown Car. If Bowser can actually be competent in the only thing Robotnik has going for him (machines) then what chance does Robotnik have to make up for all the other things Bowser has going for him?

Bowser! That is all.

Bowser. Not even a contest lol robotnik's a wimp.

Bowser can jump, therefore he can jump on Robotnik. Also he has better spike than Sonic meaning he wouldn't need to jump on him all three times.

Goku or Superman?

I'm honestly not sure where I sit on this one. Maybe some of your opinions can provide some guiding insight for me

That one has been done to death and back, but I'd go with Goku. I just can't decide so I picked the one I've watched most.

Goku. There was a crossover once where Spiderman and Superman got into a mini skirmish and Spiderman was strong enough to hurt Superman. Goku can move faster than the human eye can readily absorb (need to follow energy signatures to catch) and can destroy planets if so inclined (Frieza could and lost to Goku who got even stronger eventually).

Ornstein can zap him from far away and never get touched. Flawless victory followed by a "friendship" move in which he cooks Smough a hot dog on the dragon slayer spear. Absolutely no babality occurs

And the finishing move between Ornstein and Smough? Titty twister! Who else thought that when Oreos takes S'more's soul?

I think that's an easy win to Ornstein. How about...

Hmmm I previously would of gone with Emergence... However due to BLA1NEs unfortunate 'Forum Hunk' incident i'm gonna have to go with Fex winning this one

How about cole from infamous with all his powers vs iron man

Depends on the suit Iron Man is using. Though I would root for Cole, because Infamous 2 is an awesome game.

As long as we're comparing the movie version of Iron Man to Cole, then I gotta say Iron Man. His flight and mobility would by and far outmatch Cole's. Also given the fact that in the Avenger's it's shown that taking extra electricity into his suit merely increases his suit's power means Cole would have almost no way of defeating him, since everything he sent at him would simply be absorbed and make Iron Man stronger.

Also in the first iron man he destroys a tank with a writ mounted missile. He could have 3 more of those hidden. Fire all of them at once and Cole will have a hard time dodging.
