I didn't realize there was a DC comics one but I would go with Marvel regardless because Marvel Deadpool ignores all sense of reality. He can do whatever he wants really.

The Marvel Deadpool is the logical choice primarily due to the healing ability. Both are supposed to be great combatants but Marvel Deadpool is more hand to hand while D.C. one is a sniper. Assuming he can take Marvel one by surprise and get a headshot he could win but since Marvel Deadpool is used to ambushes it's not likely he'll lose.
