Actually it kinda would. Seeing as the PC has no established user base they can chop and change as they please without ruining peoples build and irritating them.
On the consoles you have a fanbase already established and they will all have their preferred setups already now.
If they make major game rebalances (DWGR alone qualifies) they are going to break a large number of peoples builds. and coming from the perspective that these builds are created without cheating that is a large time investment down the tubes.
which will result in people being annoyed.

There is a reason why large changes dont tend to happen after the initial release of a game unless it is well and truly necessary.

Which version you playing? I currently have a sl52 on my NA copy, and I have a EU copy I haven't even broken the plastic on!

Hey brethren any word yet on the appearance of BPs in the new DLC content areas?

@Dx - yeah I had my rant about the DWGR nerf on Alvina's thread but I'm pretty much over it now since I have run the numbers on my current toons and I am good to go. There will be a lot of lower poise flippers now (no more Havel/Giants flippers ). Now that it has sunk in I think FROM has done the game a great service with that change. Also, now that the Hornet's has been nerfed I think OHK BSs may have gone the way of the dodo bird - we can only hope.

I just wish I could see some BPs ANYWHERE, on ANY system!!! It's been months since I've seen any on Xbox, and I have NEVER seen one on ps3! I wish they'd include a patch where more than 3 worlds get cursed by a GL cuz 3 is obviously not enough.

While playing Demon's Souls I actually get really excited when I see BPs!
