Found out that if you jump to the first rooftop right after leaving
township bonfire while in red phantom form and landing near the edge
nearest the coming elevator you can get the animation started of you
dropping right onto an enemy and sometimes even hearing the sound of
said enemy inside that building. I tried it out many times and always
worked while RP. But never in my own world.

Also, there's
something really glitchy going on in the Township as a whole. Many times
while trying the aforementioned, I would get the "You can now kindle
bonfires beyond their normal limit" message that you get when defeating
Pinwheel right at the moment I invaded someone and then it sent me back
home again. Sometimes it let me be around for a while and I could hear
skeleton sounds and then sent me back.

Wicked I say!

Lordgodofhell first mentioned this to me, but Vow of Silence works on the titanite Demons. It keeps them from being able to shoot lightning. Apparently the catch pole is a casting weapon in their hands, which makes me wonder if it was intended to work similarly in the player's hands and subsequently removed. I also find it humorously ironic, because the demons are headless. Wonder where they are speaking from then...

^ When do the titanite Demons even speak? Because i wouldn't consider the Giant Blacksmith to be one.

They do Breath. You can hear them pretty well.

This isn't a discovery, more of a question. Sometimes when I am running around in the Township, I hear faint screaming sounds coming up from the central Abyss area. For a while I thought they were background ambient noise, but sometimes I go a really long time (20-30 minutes) without hearing them, and sometimes I hear a bunch of them in a row. The randomness reminds me of the bells ringing in the Parish -- are these screams from people dying to Manus or something? Or just randomized sound effects?

It's basically the Screams of the People who was killed/Absorbed by the Abyss. You can also hear Babies crying. THE JOOOYYYYYYY

Edit: Or it can be Manus. I've heard Babies crying in the woods (Where the Abyss spread is) so i guess some people tried to run away...DIDN'T WORK QUITE LIKE PLANNED. Maybe a mix?

I've been doing Souls PvP for like 3 years. We've known about weapon swap escape for over two-and-a-half of those years. I didn't know about swap buffering until like a month or two ago.

Phalanx can falldown through the ground into dungeon....

Saw an attack of Quelaggs I have never seen before last night. Was three manning with a new build I started. She went through all her normal moves thats when I saw the new one. I know her normal AOE that looks like a red shockwave after she dips her head down. This AOE looked like fire coming out of her front, back, and sides. I dint hit me, thankfully. I imagine it would have insta killed me them same as her other AOE. I was just shocked she had a move I have never seen before after I have killed her more times than I can count.

It's her defence when you hit her spider butt I think. It looks like the spider farts, or something.
It's not very strong.

Seriously, been searching around this area trying to figure my way through the stairs for days and I only just found this thing... Already had 2 humanity from gutting skeletons and Channelers, so popped another and Kindled it

Also, those fire breathing things in the swamp sometimes literally fart fire. Twice I went behind one of them and fire came out of it's butt. I wish I had a video.

Yes, it's their defence against attack from behind. Most of us usually kill them so fast they don't have a chance to use it.

No, but I was wondering where the gif is from, so I figured it will be faster to put it as my sig and wait for someone to notice it, rather than going and googling it. Now that I know the name and have read it's synopsis it looks like a great anime and I'm going to watch it as soon as I finish Sword Art Online.

Actually I think they can follow you all the way over to the ladder and then drop down, if you ran past them to get to that spot. They're slow but tenacious.
