using patches as a meat shield in the TOG is an amazing and not at all **** move while invading.

If you use the Havel's greatshield buff while in dragon form, the black crystals don't show up and you basically get an invisible deflection/poise effect.

Hmm, when I used havel's buff as a dragon I totally got the black crystals... Only if I'd roar they'd disappear (while the buff stayed). So is this due to some patch then?

I tested it some time ago, i know that R/BTSR and wolf ring make the buff disappear
EDIT: dragon roar, trident and Sanctus buffs too
I think that's all, i can't think of aany other piece of equipment with visible buff aura, you can't use other self buffs (be it a spell or an item) while havel buff is active, so it has to come from a piece of equipment
I tested everything else, stamina buffs don't work

I noticed this a while ago, but I keep forgetting to mention it. The Velka's rapier R2 attack slashes in the shape of a "V".. it reminds me of zorro putting the "Z" everywhere.

Only one disappears, it's the archer in the main hall, and that's for PvP purposes. The sentinels vanish, and so do the Bat Wing Demons.
