Is Dark Souls the perfect game?

Never played mass effect but I hear good things on it. It's all the rage right now on g4 saying it will be one of the best games of the year.

You can use any build on any NG with any level, and you will ALWAYS encounter the same enemies in the same spots, go though the same areas, the same bosses.

Its a linear action rpg. Its gonna get repetitive, maybe faster than other games in its genre.

I'm just glad Dark Souls doesnt have an official combo chart like Ninja Gaiden or Devil May Cry. Then you would see havel flipping tanks running around constantly doing Flying Swallows.....

thats mass effect 3. atm 1>2 and the demo for 3 makes me think it'll end up 1>3>2 or 3>1>2.

I'll have to check those out. If they are anything like open world do as u please then I'll more than likely love it.

Mass Effect 1 was really cool, because it was made when Bioware was still debating on whether to sign the papers giving their soul to Satan. It's pretty open world, you can go to a lot of different planets and do different random missions and stuff. Never played the second one, heard it was more FPS than RPG. Also there are copious amounts of BiowareSex in it, so if you are in to that you'll probably like the games. Only played the demo for Mass Effect 3, seems OK, but not like the first one.

I heard alien intercourse was huge in those games lol

Just wait until Bethesda and Bioware team up for the new Elder Scrolls Game! They don't call it Valenwood for nothing!

No. Nothing is perfect. Everything has their issues. Like the Blighttown framerates for example. But it's one of the best games I've ever played. If not the best.

Lego Racers is the best game ever.

Probably my most loved and first multiplayer game was and is Halo 3. It certainly wasn't perfect, but a lot to do (campaign, glitching, matchmaking, theater, and many many different varieties of custom games). Since everyone was either playing Halo 3 or CoD 4 at the time, it was really easy to get a blades, fat kid, or predator game going. Dark Souls would probably be second or third on my list.

Just Cause 2 is the best

The closest I've ever come to playing and enjoying a game as much as Dark Souls is actually Kingdom Hearts. That was actually the first game I ever did a self-imposed challenge run (use only the Kingdom Key ), and it really got me into the action-rpg genre, which is now arguably my favorite genre of game and probably why I like Demon's/Dark Souls so much

MONSTER HUNTER! i have about 1,000 hours in unite alone, so freaking fun adn endless replayability. I still think demon's souls is better than dark souls though.

I have never played Kingdom Hearts!!! Before DKS I would say, final fantasy 7 and chrono trigger have been my favorite.

i know fans of the games are gonna hate me but the way i would describe is a crappy shooter with a good story.

chrono trigger is awesome! ffvi and ix are my favorites(i hated viii with a passion)

FF7,8,9, and 10 were amazing.
